Review:

I thought it was a great movie. I saw it first in the theatre with my nephew and then bought the DVD and watched several more times on my own. I don’t usually see movies more than once but this is an exception. It had everything true to the classic comics. Even the emotional directed sidelines were an impact, from the death of his uncle to the solemn moments with Mary Jane. What surprised me about this movie was how accurately it followed the original work. A few things were changed, but it was only for the better, such as the Glands for the spidy-web, instead of the wrist mounted shooters with the cartridges and rearrangement of events in different environments and times. But the thing about the movie is, you can actually feel the emotion with the characters, in a sense that brings you more into the movie and relate to the characters. I highly recommend this movie to anyone who hasn't seen it.
